博文教育 – 教职员工行为准则
All Bowen Education staff and volunteers are required to uphold the highest standards of conduct, professionalism, and safety while working with children and families. This Code of Conduct applies to all teaching staff, support staff, assistants, and volunteers.
General Expectations 一般行为规范
Punctuality: Arrive on time and be prepared with teaching materials before the session begins.
准时到岗，课前完成教学准备。Respect and Inclusion: Treat every student with dignity, fairness, and respect, regardless of ability, background, or language.
平等尊重每一位学生，不歧视，不偏见。Boundaries: Maintain professional boundaries at all times. Avoid one-on-one interaction in enclosed or unsupervised spaces.
保持专业距离，避免与学生单独相处在封闭空间。Language and Behaviour: Use appropriate, positive, and respectful language. Maintain calm, encouraging tone in class.
言语文明，态度友善，避免任何冒犯性或贬低性语言。No Private Contact: Do not initiate or accept private contact with students via social media, messaging apps, or personal email.
禁止通过社交媒体或私信与学生联系。Mobile Devices: Personal phone use during teaching time is not permitted. Phones must remain silent or out of sight.
上课期间严禁查看或使用手机。Dress Code: Wear clean, modest, and appropriate clothing that reflects a professional educational setting.
着装应整洁、得体，符合教育场合要求。Team Spirit: Collaborate respectfully with colleagues and support other staff when needed.
与同事保持良好沟通与协作。
Child Protection & Safety 保护儿童与安全责任
Safeguarding: Report any safeguarding concerns, injuries, or unusual behaviour immediately to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
如发现任何学生异常或安全隐患，应立即向安全负责人（DSL）报告。Supervision: Never leave a child unsupervised or dismiss a child to an unauthorised person.
禁止学生无监护情况下离开或由未授权人员接送。Health Needs: Be aware of and respect students’ allergies, medical conditions, or SEN needs.
了解并尊重学生的健康需求和特殊教育需求。Accidents: All incidents must be logged using the official Incident Report Form and parents informed if required.
如有意外须填写事故报告表并及时告知家长。Evacuation & Emergency: Follow all procedures for fire safety, first aid, and emergency evacuation as per training.
遵守消防与急救流程，参与演练，熟知疏散路线。
